The sub-committee meetings are held to take action for the purpose of making recommendations to the full council.

Dear Councillor:
The City Council Committee on Administration & Finance meeting that is being held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. to take up four (4) money matters already posted will now be co-posted with the Committee of the Whole. The Committee on Administration and Finance co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Plan with an emphasis on the Pavement Program and the Emergency Repairs to the Pedestrian Mall.
The four money matters already posted that will be taken up by the Committee on Administration and Finance on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers are as follows:
- $55,000.00 appropriation to Public Services – Sewer Fuel
- $55,000.00 appropriation to Public Services – Water Fuel
- $19, 584.00 appropriation to Retirement Stabilization Fund Vacation/Sick Leave Buyback to be expended for the retirement buyback for James Durkin (Electrical Dept.)
- $500.00 appropriation to Harbormaster - Electricity
